Use of the SnowJam Preferred card, Free Lift Ticket(s) or other member benefits constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this SnowJam Preferred Card Membership Agreement. This card is the property of SnowJam and may be rescinded at any time without refund or further notice. Reselling any benefits or lift tickets is strictly prohibited and considered theft and subject to termination of membership and prosecution under state statutes. SnowJam has fulfilled its obligation to each member upon the issue and delivery of the initial member card. Additional benefits and discounts will be communicated periodically via email provided by member at the time of purchase. Membership is not transferable or refundable. Free lift ticket(s) are limited to one each per member. Details and restrictions for each benefit may be found at www.snowjamshow.com. Lost cards can be replaced for a fee by request at the Contact Us section of the website. Be sure to include your name and address. SnowJam assumes no liability associated with the activities related to use of this card.
