Can I buy more than one SnowJam San Diego admission ticket for myself in order to get more than one Mountain High Lift Ticket?

No. There is a limit of one free lift ticket per person.

Do I have to go to the SnowJam show to get my free Mountain High lift ticket?

Yes.

If I forget to get my Mountain High lift ticket at the show, or if I buy an admission ticket but then don't make it to the show, can I get my lift ticket by sending my admission ticket to SnowJam or by bringing it to Mountain High?

No. You must attend SnowJam and collect your lift ticket during the show.

Are SnowJam show tickets and a SnowJam Preferred Card membership two different things? Please explain!

"SnowJam" is a 3-day ski & snowboard expo at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in San Diego and at Cashman Center in Las Vegas. Click here and choose your city for show details.

The SnowJam Preferred Card is a separate membership program that we created so skiers and snowboarders can save money all season long, not just at our shows. When you become a Preferred Card member, the first benefit you can get is $5 off your ticket to the SnowJam show ($10 instead of $15).

Does a SnowJam show admission ticket get me a SnowJam Preferred Card membership?

No. The Preferred Card is a separate membership program that lasts all season long.

Can I buy a SnowJam Preferred Card at the SnowJam expo?

Yes! There is a big Preferred Card booth right in the middle of the show.

Do I get a free admission to SnowJam if I buy a Preferred Card membership?

No, but you can use your membership to get a $5 discount on admission to SnowJam.

Do I have to go to SnowJam to become a SnowJam Preferred Card member?

No. You can join anytime on the Preferred Card website. You can also join at the SnowJam show.

No, you have to buy an admission ticket to the SnowJam show AND go to the show to get the free Mountain High lift ticket.

What do I get when I buy a SnowJam Preferred Card?

Click here to see all the benefits you receive as a member. As soon as you sign up, we send you a Temporary Membership Card by email that you can use right away. Then in about a week you will receive a plastic membership card and member kit in the mail.

Do I have to buy another SnowJam Preferred Card for each new season?

Yes. You need to renew your membership for each season.

Can I buy memberships for friends and family?

Yes. In fact, a Preferred Card membership makes a great gift. Just make sure that the name and address information you use for others will match their ID, because some partners check to make sure the person using an offer is the actual member. Since child members usually don't have ID, they should be with an adult who can verify their identity.

Can I buy more than one membership per person?

No. Memberships are limited to one per person.

When do the Preferred Card offers end?

Each offer has different date parameters, which are outlined the Preferred Card website. Most offers are good until the end of the winter season, which varies from resort to resort.

Do you have discounts to resorts or other deals that aren't listed on the Preferred Card site?

All the current offers are listed on the Preferred Card site, but we do add discounts throughout the season. And when that happens we will post it on the site and send you an email to let you know.

Do I have to buy another SnowJam Preferred Card for each new season?

Yes. You need to renew your membership for each season.

What is the last date I can purchase a membership?

We stop selling memberships near the end of each season, in about mid-April.

Will I be billed monthly or annually for my Preferred Card membership?

No. There is a one-time price per season and there are no other fees or charges. We will not automatically renew your membership each year.

Do I have to enter each member separately, or can I buy memberships for my whole family or group at once?

Each individual membership must be purchased separately. If you are buying memberships for a group of 20 or more and paying for them with one credit card, click Contact Us and provide us with the details and we will have a representative contact you.

My son and I have the same name and the system won't let me purchase a second membership in that name. What can I do?

Click on Sr. and Jr. for the appropriate memberships and the system will then allow both names to be entered.

My free Snow Valley lift ticket wasn't in the membership package you mailed to me. How do I get it?

We do not send actual lift tickets through the mail. You show your Preferred Card and ID at the resort to get your free lift ticket.

I purchased my membership over a week ago and I still haven’t received my card in the mail. What should I do?

Continue to use the Temporary Membership Card we emailed to you when you joined. If you’re not sure you gave us your complete mailing address or think there may be another problem, click Contact Us and email us your member number and other information so we can send you a replacement card if necessary.

I didn’t get the email with my Temporary Card for the membership I purchased, or I didn’t get the email receipt for the membership I purchased. What happened?

Check your “Spam” or “Junk” inbox. If it’s there, please change your settings to allow emails from us. If it’s not there, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Click Contact Us and provide us with your correct email address and we’ll re-send your Temporary Card or receipt.

I was unable to print the Temporary Membership Card you emailed me. What can I do?

Forward the email to someone with a working printer. You will be required by our partners to show either your Temporary Membership Card or the plastic membership card we send you by regular mail in order to access the deals and benefits. YOU MAY NOT SIMPLY SHOW YOUR TEMPORARY CARD ON YOUR SMARTPHONE OR OTHER HANDHELD DEVICE!
